New Client Booking Policy for Haircuts & Styling
Welcome! My name is Alina Kalinichenko. To ensure your first visit for a haircut or style transformation is comfortable and your preferred time is secured, please review these simple booking steps:
- Get in Touch: Message me via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook to check available dates. You are also welcome to attach photos of the haircuts you like.
- Choosing a Time: I will offer you the most convenient options from my schedule. No preliminary salon visits are required.
- Securing Your Appointment: To confirm your booking and lock in your chosen time slot, a 50% deposit is required.
Cancellation & No-Show Notice: My schedule is very busy, so I kindly ask you to notify me of any changes at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a no-show, your 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.

- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule, amend, or cancel your appointment, please notify me via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or change your appointment less than 24 hours beforehand, or fail to show up without notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the missed service cost will apply.
- Important Notice: Please note that this fee must be fully settled before you can book any future appointments. A future booking cannot be provided without confirmation of payment for the missed appointment. Additionally, a 50% deposit may be required for your next booking.
