Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment and confirm your booking, a secure 50% deposit of the service cost is required. This ensures that your chosen day and time are strictly reserved for you.
How it works:
Get in touch via your preferred method — WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
- We will discuss the details of your procedure (and, if necessary, complete an online photo consultation) to estimate the volume of work and the final cost.
- Your booking is confirmed! As soon as the deposit is paid, your chosen time slot is officially locked into my schedule. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your visit at the salon.
Important Information on Rescheduling and Cancellations:
I highly value your time and kindly ask for mutual respect towards my working schedule. If your plans change, please notify me to reschedule or cancel your visit at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a no-show without notice, the paid deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee for the missed time slot.
