New Client Booking Policy for Hair Highlights & Colour
Welcome! My name is Alina Kalinichenko. To ensure your first visit for hair highlights or colouring is comfortable and your preferred time is secured, please review the booking guidelines below:
- Photo Consultation: Please send a photo of your current hair in natural daylight and reference pictures of your desired look via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. This helps me estimate the volume of work required.
- Mandatory Skin Test & Consultation: Prior to your first colour appointment, a complimentary 15-minute consultation and an allergy patch test (Skin Test) are strictly required at least 48 hours before the procedure.
- Securing Your Appointment: To finalise your booking and lock in your date, a 50% deposit is required.
Cancellation & No-Show Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a no-show, your 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.

However, I kindly ask you to respect my working time and the schedule of other clients:
- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule, amend, or cancel your appointment, please notify me via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or change your appointment less than 24 hours beforehand, or fail to show up without notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the missed service cost will apply.
- Important Notice: Please note that this fee must be fully settled before you can book any future appointments. A future booking cannot be provided without confirmation of payment for the missed appointment. Additionally, a 50% deposit may be required for your next booking.
